This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of your furniture orders, including sofas, coffee tables, and floor lamps. We are committed to ensuring your purchases arrive safely and efficiently, while keeping you informed at every step of the delivery process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging—critical steps to protect your furniture during transit. Given the size and delicate nature of our products (especially sofas and coffee tables), we partner with trusted logistics providers specializing in furniture delivery to ensure secure handling.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after processing, while international orders may take 15-30 business days, depending on customs clearance and regional logistics. Please note that these are estimated timelines; unexpected delays (such as weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruptions) may occur and are beyond our control. We will notify you promptly if any significant delays affect your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold, with details displayed at checkout. For international orders, shipping fees include basic customs documentation, but you are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
We take extensive measures to package your furniture for safe transit. Sofas are wrapped in moisture-resistant fabric and reinforced with cardboard to prevent scratches and damage. Coffee tables and floor lamps are disassembled (where possible) and packed with foam padding, bubble wrap, and sturdy cartons to protect delicate parts like glass surfaces or lamp shades. Despite these precautions, if your item arrives damaged, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery and document the damage with photos or videos of the packaging and the item itself.
For damaged or defective items, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. We will coordinate with the carrier to assess the damage and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require them for inspection.
Delivery requires a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the item from a local facility. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours, such as a workplace or a residence with a trusted neighbor. We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes, as our furniture items exceed standard P.O. box dimensions.
For order changes or cancellations related to shipping, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only modify or cancel shipping details if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the delivery address or shipping method. If you need to redirect a shipment, additional fees may apply at the carrier’s discretion.
