Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of sofas, coffee tables, floor lamps, and other products, outlining the terms for initiating returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the guidelines below. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, and this policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for all customers.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition—including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and assembly parts. Products showing signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or modification will not qualify for return or exchange. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or with manufacturing errors.
To start a return or exchange, you must first complete the return request process through the designated online portal or account dashboard. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear reason for the return/exchange (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind, defective item). Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error—such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a product that does not match the description. In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all associated return costs. For exchanges, you are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
Proper packaging is critical to prevent damage during return transit, especially for fragile items like glass coffee tables and floor lamp shades. We recommend using the original packaging materials whenever possible. Wrap furniture pieces with protective padding or bubble wrap, reinforce corners with cardboard, and secure all loose parts (e.g., sofa legs, lamp bases) to avoid scratches or breakage. Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will verify its eligibility. For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds include the purchase price of the item but exclude original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error. For approved exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement item within 2-5 business days of inspection, with delivery timelines matching our standard shipping policy.
Defective products or items with manufacturing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. We may require photos or videos of the defect to assess eligibility for a return, exchange, or repair. In some cases, we may offer a repair service instead of a return or exchange, particularly for large items like sofas where shipping is impractical. Repairs will be completed by qualified professionals using genuine parts, and the item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
Clearance or sale items are eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive defective. All other clearance purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, size mismatch, or other non-defect reasons. This exception is clearly marked on all clearance product pages at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. If an item is rejected, it will be returned to you at your expense.
